By accessing our website, requesting a quote, purchasing products or services, or communicating with Cross Timbers Supply Co., you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

Services

We provide custom graphics, vinyl wraps, decals, fleet graphics, signage, apparel, promotional products, and related design, production, and installation services. Pricing, availability, and turnaround times may vary.

 

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may change if project specifications change.

 

Payment

Deposits may be required before production. Payment is due according to invoice terms. Products remain our property until paid in full.

 

Customer Artwork

You represent that you own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks, and artwork you submit. You agree to indemnify us against claims related to customer-supplied content.

 

Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approving production. Approved proofs are considered final.

 

Returns

Custom products are generally non-refundable once production has begun. Cancellation requests are reviewed individually.

 

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Damage from misuse, accidents, improper care, chemicals, excessive pressure washing, or normal wear is excluded.

 

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to the fullest extent allowed by law.
